the breakfast each day was lovely, and it was well organized. the hotel is close to town, so its very convenient. i found the staff was friendly.

i find the rooms are dated. the food and beverage options were pretty average. the front desk took 15 mins on a straightforward task.

the service felt lacking for a supposed five-star hotel i found the staff quick to dismiss requests breakfast had subpar instant coffee unacceptable for a hotel in this category furthermore the front desk took an excessive amount of time with a simple task i was charged in pounds despite requesting euros causing exchange fees
