the service felt lacking for a supposed five-star hotel i found the staff quick to dismiss requests breakfast had subpar instant coffee unacceptable for a hotel in this category furthermore the front desk took an excessive amount of time with a simple task i was charged in pounds despite requesting euros causing exchange fees
